Delivery Conditions
The delivery of ordered goods is carried out via courier. Deliveries are made to an office or delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. All delivery costs are borne by the User.
MADI HEALTH shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal information, including but not limited to an incomplete, incorrect, or fictitious address or phone number.
Delivery is made within the timeframes indicated for each shipping option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, in which case the User will be promptly informed.
Standard Delivery Times:
Within the European Union: up to 2 (two) business days
Outside the European Union: between 7 (seven) and 14 (fourteen) business days
Within the Republic of Bulgaria: up to 2 (two) business days
The User is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery and to immediately notify the courier or MADI HEALTH of any discrepancies, shortages, or damage. If the User fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed accepted without objection.
For international deliveries, the applicable regulations of the national postal or courier services, as well as the relevant laws of the recipient’s country, shall apply.
All import duties, customs fees, and taxes incurred upon entry of the goods into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the User. The User may not request a refund of the purchase price in cases where they refuse to pay such import fees or decline to receive the shipment.
