Disputes

Users may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at
http://ec.europa.eu/odr — a single access portal allowing consumers and traders in the EU to resolve disputes between them.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an out-of-court conciliation procedure based on voluntary participation by both consumers and traders.

General Conciliation Commissions assist in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in disputes related to sales contracts and service provision.

These commissions are designated based on territorial jurisdiction. The competent authority to resolve disputes between “MADI HEALTH” EOOD and a User is the General Conciliation Commission at the Consumer Protection Commission, headquartered in Sofia, with jurisdiction over the territory of Sofia city, Sofia region, Kyustendil region, and Pernik region.
